Our Sunday morning service begins at 10:15 am. We also have an evening service at 6:00pm. 

Sunday morning Sunday School/Small Groups begin at 9:00 am.

We consider SBC Marion a family and as a family we want to make sure you feel "at home"!

When you arrive you will notice that some people will be wearing jeans or slacks, while others may be in a suit or dress.  Whether you're a jeans and button up kind of person or you prefer a dress - we just want you to feel "at home" and welcome at SBC Marion.

Our services last about an hour and fifteen minutes and we would consider our music "blended" - meaning you'll sing songs you hear on the radio and hymns you may remember from your childhood, with music performed by a band and led by our worship team and choir.

We know how stressful it can be to visit a church for the first time, especially when you are a parent!  A nursery is provided for children 3 years old and younger.  If your child is between 4 years old and Kindergarten or in 1st through 3rd Grade we offer a Kids Church that takes place during the morning service (with the exception of holidays and the last Sunday of the month).  Children leave for Kids Church from the Worship Center after the music but before the sermon.  You can pick them up after the conclusion of the morning Worship Service.

We are conveniently located just behind the Marion Junior High School on the corner of Cherry and Russell Streets.  Parking is conveniently located across the street from the church on Russell Street.
